Miley Cyrus Channels Monica Lewinski on Stage in Vancouver:

By now it’s pretty clear that she loves pushing boundaries and on Friday (February 14) in Vancouver, Canada, Miley Cyrus launched her Bangerz tour doing just that.
While singing “Party in the USA” from a previous album, the 21-year-old songstress was joined by American symbols including Mount Rushmore, the Statue of Liberty, dancers dressed like Uncle Sam, and a man in a Bill Clinton mask.

Amongst all the twerking, the “Wrecking Ball” singer channeled Monica Lewinski and sung into her microphone dangerously close to Bill’s crotch. Check out the video below for the risqué move.
On Sunday, an amped up Miley tweeted, “Up & at em! 2nd show #bangerztour Vancouver was turnt up! Tacoma I hope you’re ready for this.”
