Drake opened his “SNL” monologue by talking about being both black and Jewish.

For the first Saturday Night Live of 2014, Drake served as both the host and musical guest. In the show's cold open, he took on the role of Alex Rodriguez as he appeared on Piers Morgan and blamed everything from his cell phone to the dictionary for his steroid usage. He went on to reenact his Bar Mitzvah in the opening monologue. "I dated Rihannuk-uh".
He recalled his bar mitzvah, and then had a flashback to the special occasion. His relatives were, not surprisingly, stereotypes of Jews and blacks.
There was even a cameo by his black aunt, played by Sasheer Zamata in her “SNL” debut, saying “Mazel tov!”
Sasheer Zamata is the first black female star on "SNL" since Maya Rudolph left several years ago.
Later, Drake rapped about being black and Jewish, and celebrating Hanukkah.
