The New information reportedly that a member of the British military killed Princess Diana her boyfriend Dodi Al Fayed and their driver Henri Paul. Scotland Yard is reviewing the new allegations.
The Metropolitan Police said in a statement that "the assessment of the new information isn't a re-investigation and won't fall under the Operation Paget—the inquiry into conspiracy theories surrounding their deaths." All the statements are from a former parents-in-law of a former soldier.
A jury concluded back in 2008 that the deaths of Princess Diana and Al Fayed were an "unlawful killing, grossly negligent driving of the following vehicles and of the Mercedes."
Buckingham Palace did not release a statement,  but police are checking the relevance and credibility of the information, Princess Diana, Al Fayed and Paul passed away after their Mercedes Benz crashed in a Paris tunnel in August 1997.
